Simply keep one backup battery on the charger while the 2nd battery is operating the power pet door. Medium power pet door is for cats and dogs up to 30 lbs.

It can store up to 32 pets and it is selective entry preventing intruders while any cat can leave. The crg 12 2 kit includes a charger and 2 rechargeable batteries. When purchased without the charger it may be used as a back up battery to operate your power pet door in case of a household power outage. This kit allows you to conveniently operate your power pet door without ever plugging it into the wall.
